And how long did it take him to get to Germany again? Not pre-president. Not in his first year.
I think I'd rather have an uppity presumptive Barack who's fluent with the issues and familiar with the leaders (beyond just their names, which GWB wasn't either!) than what we've endured for the past 8 years. What a buffoon!
